I have been a CIBC client for over 30 years and am very disappointed with the most recent customer service I have received at this branch. I have been working with Manuela - a financial service representative and her manager. Consistently, there has been a lack of communication and direction. For example, I provided documentation required to submit a student loan application on October 2 and did not receive any confirmation via phone or email until I sent multiple emails. I finally received an email just to let me know that she would be on vacation from October 6-14. To make a long story short, I did not receive the result of my application until today i.e. October 28. I requested that she contact me via email as this was the best form of communication for me, however, she called my home. On top of that, she shared the result of the application with my husband, which is ok, however, I would have preferred to be informed first. If this is the type of customer service that CIBC supports, I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere.

Pretty good!! One of the nicer and better CIBC'S I've experienced. But be careful. Could be slow sometimes.

Maria, Gina are my favourite, but I know they have a full team behind them doing a great job as well. Great branch that cares for its clients.

I've got to say this is one of the worst branch and customer service I have ever experienced over and over again.. trying to get a hold of my financial advisor Manuela.. whether I walk in she is never there or call and leave multiple voicemail which don't get answered or returned... I even went to the bank manager for help who guarnteed me that I would get a respond first thing in the morning which I am still awaitng for .. I have been trying to call for the past month with no response.. save yourself some time and worries bank somewhere else

Poor service, waisting client time, and even teller doesn't know about regular role about cheques!
