I talked to a mortgage specialist about buying some property and he asked for some follow up information.  I emailed him the info he requested and never heard from him again.  I emailed and called again, still nothing.  After 3 weeks I talked to the branch manager and she said the mortgage specialist I was dealing with no longer worked there.  And no one from the branch had the professionalism to tell me?! 

So they paired me up with another mortgage specialist.  And this guy was so cryptic and unreasonable it was awful.  Every time I brought in what he requested, he would give me another task.  Couldn't he give me everything he required in one meeting?  And then he went dark too!

I finally got fed up and moved to another bank.

This is ridiculous; bank open till 5 pm.   Do you realize most people work till 5 pm????
Sorry, I can't get in on Saturdays.  Estate work can't be done through ATM.
Tired of dealing with 1950s bankers' hours at New Sudbury Centre branch.
