Worst branch manager here. I don’t know his name but he is a very arrogant person. He treats with a bad attitude. I would have given them a zero star.
Horrible experience. There was just a minor issue with my app not showing my credit score and I went to this branch just to get my issue resolved and got told by two of the Indian employees that they can't do anything in this regard and gave me the net banking services telephone number. I went to Woodlawn branch after that and got the solution in justn2-3 minutes. The issue isn't that big that they can't deal with yet those lazy guys didn't care about my issue and hand me out that number. If they are meant to solve the customer issues they should be aware of some of the common issues and it's solution. Terrible experience.
Customer service of this branch is non-existent. They only seemed to have 1 teller at all times regardless of the long line ups. My issue was never resolved. My problem was never solved, and the front line kept insisting for me to contact the customer service line even after being told by the same service phone line to deal with my branch directly. Huge disappointment, dno better cibc.
Had poor service handle my mom’s estate, even worse now with my husband’s estate. That is all I need at this moment. I will be taking my money to a different bank.
