Came yesterday, Saturday, to deposit money in the ATM, that option in the machine wasn't working. So I went to the counter to make the deposit and I was told no deposits on Saturdays. What's the point of being open if you can't do a simple service. The place was empty btw, like it was just me. Went back next day, Sunday, and still can't deposit in the machine.
After reading all negative reviews i was scared going there but proved otherwisenHad appointment with Aref Hajjar and he helped me on time no waiting ,He has extensive knowledge about products and answered all my questions and took time to explain me about mutual funds and open a FHSA account .He is kind and respectful and professional .I recommand his services.
I didn't believe in bad reviews about the branch until I set an appointment for our rrsp and fhsa opening in cibc as most of my pay was with this bank. The Adisor asked us to wait a moment for our appointment and then disappeared. After 40 minutes, I asked for her, and they didn't even know why I am there !!! The most annoying experience in a bank for me.
Went there on Friday. aref was amazing. He was very helpful and very efficient
Poor service, and I didn't see any respect. The way that few of them talk with you is crazy I'm not saying all of them.nCibc please read the reviews!
