Aside from the fact that there are only 2 tellers, sometimes one working, they are efficient, patient and knowledgeable. Gina is very professional with her clients and has helped me immensely with my finances. She connected me with a financial advisor at the branch and got me in to see him right away. When I email my advisor there is a prompt response, no waiting. Great experience.
Incompetent all round. I’ve had to make several trips and calls over the span of two weeks because of their significant errors on my accounts and there are still errors. Very disappointed from the personal meeting, response time and this whole process I’ve been dealing with. Do not recommend.
Murray Redman helped me out very much. He talked me through everything I needed. I would recommend booking an appointment with him. Very helpful and personable
Terribly hard to get ahold of advisors we are dealing with and even the branch manager. They don't return calls or emails.
This branch doesn’t care about line ups. There is only one teller and she is very new. Had to wait more than half hour. They should hire more staff to attend their customers.
