I had a great experience at the CIBC Nobleton branch. Jasmin was very friendly, helpful, and handled everything quickly and professionally. She made the whole process easy and pleasant.nManager Jordana was also very welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s clear she cares about providing great customer service.
Avoid this location at all costs,the service here is awful. I would avoid dealing with Masood for any of your mortgage needs, he simply does not care and has zero sense of urgency. Do yourself a favour and bank with TD or RBC. I have been a customer for 15 years and I will be closing all my accounts here shortly.
I am customer with CIBC more than 23 years . Whenever you go to teller their 1st question you have financial advisor visit him . Manager and staff is very rude . unprofessional and racist . Today manager told me if you dont like service here dont come to this branch. worst CIBC branch in canada.
Worst customer service, I recommend do not open an account at this branch and deal with any of the staff there. Do your self a favour & deal with another Bank in Nobleton other than CIBC. I have accounts with 2 other Banks and never been treated/served like the CIBC in Nobleton.
