I recently had a teller named CJ and she did a remarkable job in fulfilling my needs. She was quick, courteous and friendly!

It’s a good ATM. No line up no garbage no bad smells and no homeless people or people using their drugs there. At least when I’m there anyway

I really felt uncomfortable in the bank, the executive I talked to idk seemed annoyed that day.

The teller had no idea about the policies for damaged or contaminated bank notes. I found a 100 dollar bill and she refused to help. I ended up using Google who lead me to The Bank of Canada redemption website. Called the 1-800 number, spoke to a very professional friendly and informed clerk. Followed the instructions and there you go. I hope this helps anyone who finds themselves in same position. There are friendly people out there lol
