Horrible bank and service,couldn't care less about it's customers and don't trust anything their site Or their recorded phone message says about hours of service,drove 1hr into Smithers to replace my lost bank card on a Saturday after checking both their site and phoning for hours of service was reassured they were open.Get there and they are not open had no way to get money out for gas to get back home.YOU SUCK CIBC!!!
