Extremely poor customer service. The staff were extremely rude with a great deal of attitude. They were unable to answer simple questions. Highly untrained. These individuals caused me to switch to the RBC next door.

Today I had the worst experience at this branch. It looks like they have new staff, they are not properly trained and rude; I had to wait over 2 hours to complete my transaction. I even met the branch manager and I did not receive the courtesy of an apology for the delay. This experience has me considering other financial institutions.

I was not a big fan of CIBC but I had a pleasure of dealing with Dan Gutin for my mortgage. Dan is a very honest, knowledgeable and outgoing individual who gave me an excellent rate and made the process quite simple. I would say Customer Service at this branch is outstanding.

very helpful and friendly staff, so professional and understanding. i have been a customer of CIBC for the last 27 years and they were always good but after start doing my banking at this location i realized they can go even beyond great!! :) great location and staff :)

The Best Brunch in Toronto. Know it from opening. Amazing people . Amazing service. My Financial Advisor is Dan Gutin. Professional and very useful. Will recommend all my fiends.
