horrible service dealing with Andrew, attempted to change date of car loan payment. made appointment left work early to get there on time, he never left his office had the clerk tell me "ill call you when you need to sign". the date of when i wanted changed came and went. called & left two messages with no response after 3 days. Will be dealing with a new branch for now on.

This branch of the CIBC has been here since I was a child and my family moved here from Willowdale in 1970. My parents have always had their accounts here. The tellers are friendly and very helpful, maintaining the small town feeling....like family. They always remember my name and what I am about which makes me feel important and right at home!

Kind of outdated and junky inside but the staff is very helpful.
