Our experience has been amazing thus far. Friendly, customer oriented staff makes our banking most enjoyable. So glad we had the courage to switch banks.

Literally the worst CIBC in all of the GTA. Huge line up and 2 tellers working while the other two are just having a personal conversation. Then when you finally get to talk to somebody, you get what I can call the rudest customer service I have received in a long time. I wasn't the only one indicating this. Never coming to this bank again that's for sure.

Spoke to a very rude and uninformed teller at this CIBC location recently. I was having problems with my PC account which is and has always been a banking division of CIBC. I nicely asked this teller if she could look into the problem with my PC account. She rudely replied "no! CIBC is not associated with PC at all they only use our ATM machines so there is no way for me to check." I replied really? In the legal copyright of PC it clearly states "a direct banking division of CIBC" She replies "no we are not associated with them" If i had more time that day I would have asked for her manager because she clearly had no clue what she was talking about. The copyright of the company clearly states "A direct banking division of CIBC" Maybe the manager of this location needs to educate this teller about the bank she works for and how to provide proper customer service. As a CEO if my employee responded to a customer like that they would be warned the first time and trained on how to provide proper customer service. If it happened a second time they would be out of a job.

Always clean, staff are friendly, machines are always working and mostly available, convenient location, and drive thru is neat!
