Never ever use this branch, unresponsive staff, non professional.nnI have been CIBC client for many years, they have worse service.nnDon’t waste your time, go directly to another branch.
The worst bank. I'm definitely moving my assets somewhere else.nI receive a call back from the branch in Candiac, when I ask for the name of the person I was speaking to, I was told that they are not alow to give their name.nThe guy I was dealing with is no longer there, no way to find out who repleced him.
If you can avoid it do!! Service is horrible, they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk to the desk, with someone sitting right there!!
This review should be Zero. Today October 23, 2023 I closed my Checking and Savings accounts at this branch. I opened them on September 13, 2023. Upon opening the accounts I discussed a line of credit transfer and an upgrade to a home loan to a man. He was supposed to call me back. That never happened. I returned and talked to a woman that said she was on a maternity leave that she was in charge of loans. She was supposed to call me back. That never happened. That is two people and 40 days of waiting. I see other negative reviews so I guess problems with this branch are never solved.
Every Thursday before 5, nobody is there, though it is scheduled up to 7 pm.
