Terrible service. Only 1 person working making a line of 10 people take over an hour and a half. I would go elsewhere but cibc closed my local bank due to covid... come on...
The problem with this branch is you have employees who’ve been working there for over 15 years. They are very comfortable acting with impunity.
Pass by this morning, nice services, nice girl and fixed account issues successfully.
The worst experience I have ever had at a bank. Wrong financial advice which cost me 6,000 dollars in fines, exceptionally slow responses, incompetent staff. THE WORST.

Hi, I had very very bad experience!!! Melanie Smadja isn't a good manager. She called the police!!! She's crazy!!! Very very poor customer service and the staff have no experience with customer. I didn't believe that!!!
