This place adds good variety to the food choices available in the area. Not many commercial blocks or strip malls have a place offering Portuguese cuisine. The interior and the diner setup with the food displayed in front also adds a very homey feel inside the restaurant. The operators just need to always ensure that the food is always heated up before serving. The meat was very saucy, spicy, and savoury. Fried rice also goes paired well with most orders. The food may come off as a little oily for some, but that is just how I believe the dish is actually intended. I also really appreciate the front counter staff who was very patient taking my order. I had to spend quite a bit more time because the pricing showing in the menu was already up compared to the publicly posted photos available on Google Maps.
I love this place. The rotisserie chicken is one of the best I have ever tried. Very juicy and delicious. The potatoes on the side are to die for. They have one of the best piri sauces ever. We sometimes just buy the sauce they have bunch of other grocery items too. The fried shrimp was okay. Very friendly staff and prompt service.Recommended dishesFried Shrimp, Piri Sauce
A great Lil gem to explore. To keep it short and sweet, the muscles were amazing and probably the best thing we had. The house stake needed salt and it felt like non was used on that plate. Over all the service and food was great, please visit them.
The amazing aroma of their food fills up the room! Cravings for good chicken bbq with peri-peri sauce satisfied! They have a variety and lots of options of which one you’d like to get and try. Salad was fresh and light perfect with the big pieces chicken!

After a hike some friends and myself dropped by here. Between us all we ordered the chicken dinner, the cod fish and the chicken cutlets. Everyone really enjoyed the food. Chicken is amazing and authentic. Fish was great as well. Having been to Portugal, one thing we loved was all of the good food. Portuguese know how to eat.
Just finished purchasing 120$ worth of this chicken, rice and potatoes. The rice and potatoes are pretty decent. The chicken tho, leaves much to be desired. We could barely eat it, it was incredibly dry. It was really hard to swallow. If this had been a much cheaper price point then I get it, you get what you pay for. This wasn’t a cheap lunch, and to be almost suffocating from trying to eat this chicken and having spent what we did is really not fair, or worth it.
