Tried it for the first time we had the regular and spicy chicken. It was fresh to order hot and juicy! The biscuits were bomb sweet and salty and soft and crunchy on top. The fries were definitely subpar. I can get those at the supermarket cheaper. Gravy had a bit of a kick to it. Took a little to receive the Oder but it was fresh to order so worth the wait. It’s small inside but clean! Parking: Ok number of spaces
I went to first time and ordered "irresistible deal" $7.59 It's 2pc leg & thigh, 1 honey butter biscuit and 1 regular side. I was excited to try chicken but it was just average. And biscuit was okay too. Outside was crispy which is good. I only little bit taste of honey. Inside biscuit was not soft. It was just bread. When they opened this location then already started construction in front of restaurant. It was bad timing. Because, it's difficult to go parking lot. And going to take few more months. After that I think it's going to easy to parking.
Just tried out this restaurant for the first time. The full breast chicken sandwich was good, but I am not so sure about having it with Cheddar Cheese. Didn’t seem to suit the chicken. The tenders were tossed, mostly uneaten by my wife. Very thin, chewy little pieces of meat with more breading than chicken. The highlight of the meal was the Coleslaw. Enjoyed that. Will give this place another try in a few weeks. Parking: Limited parking. Expansion of the building has dramatically reduced parking. About 8 spaces total.
Ordered Door Dash and when we received it the chicken was spicy after asking for all original. I called the restaurant and told them what I got. first they weren’t to impressed with my complaint I ended up hanging up on them. Within a few min they called me back to rectify the issue. It takes a good person to realize that good customer service is what will keep me coming back and that’s what they did. I will continue to be a customer here as I love there chicken and biscuits
Ordered the 12 piece meal for delivery. We also got the mash potatoes, fries and biscuits. Chicken was hot and fresh. The biscuits were really good. I liked the honey glaze on top. The fries were average. The mashed potatoes were instant mash, with instant gravy I assume.Food: 4/5
They had no french friestruck was outside delivering. Floor was sticky. Music was loud/couldn't hear my friend. Ranch tasted like mayo. On a good note the chicken was tender/juicy. The onion rings were flavourful and crispy. I will get more chicken tenders and ring when the drive thru opens up Update: almost an hour later i was able to order fries, they were just ok. While outside in the parking lot the pool of what I thought was water when I went in was actually OIL and now all over my tires and of course there is no manager in store today...grrrr
I wouldn’t waste your money!!!! Not a good first impression, went through the drive thru, do to the lack of parking spot for the restaurant. Person on the headset inside, couldn’t get the out straight, large amount of back ground noise could barely make out anything they were say. Asked for a 8 piece meal, she thought I wanted a 3piece combo. Went to the window, to straighten out my order. They did not have any chicken ready, had to pull forward and wait for my order. After wait 30 minutes and I had to go inside to figure out what the hold up was! To find out they were behind multiple orders, there was 4 other customers waiting for their orders also. Some were waiting for over 30 minutes as I was waiting to be asked” how can they help me”. After getting my order drove home to eat, what a truly a big disappointment with the quality of the food after paying over $40 and waiting over 30 minutes! The chicken was greasy, didn’t have much flavour. A 8 piece meal that was all dark meat, fries were cook just to the point they were soft inside with no golden colour to them, the gravy tasted like it was out of a can with no really flavour, oh and the biscuits were doughy with no taste, the honey made them like they had a candy shell on them. I will not every go back to this this place, I’m writing this review to warren the public of the poor quality of food and service!!!! Parking: Very limited parking in their lot, maybe about 8 parking spaces give or take 2!!
Its a norm to give ketchup, hotsauce and tissues but they like to save their 50 cent and let people eat dry chicken and keep their hands dirty. This is not a good practice. I am not able to eat even one chicken piece.Food: 4/5
Location sucks. The restaurant is absolutely disgusting... The windows on the doors just covered in smudge marks. Doesn't look like it's been clean ever.. floors were dirty. Random papers and stuff on the floor. Seems like no one bothers to clean while they are there working.. We ordered 12 piece..Food was not fresh at all, they just packed up whatever chicken was sitting over the heating area. Chicken did have a good crunch to it..but it ends there.. was like rubber and dry once i got through the outer crust. Chicken was over cooked or just sat out too long. Can't believe they serve that garbage to anyone. Fries were cold. They were sitting as well. Not fresh and the large fry wouldn't even be enough to feed 2 people. I didn't mind the gravy or the coleslaw. The biscuits were nothing to brag about. We usually stick to Mary Browns. We wanted to try something new. I will never go back to church's chicken. It lacks of cleanliness and fresh food. Clearly no pride in ownership. This place won't last longer then a couple years... I'd be shocked if it does... Save your money!!!!
I've been hearing great thing about this place so we decided to try it . Got a poutine and a chicken burger. The fries where not cooked still cold. The chicken burger was like a Jane's chicken burger. I get 11:00 pm you just wanna go home but put some effort into it .Food: 1/5
