Church's Texas Chicken

Their crispy chicken fry is my all time favourite. Took two piece crispy chicken combo today. Great deal for one person. Service was so good. The lady who took order was very helpful. And she was proactively suggesting us.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTMENT WITH MY ORDER.ORDERED 2 piece tuesday special at 7700 Hurontario street location in Brampton.First of all the guy at the front was half a sleepwhite guy with fat build and he gave me 2 thigh pieces in one box and other was 2 leg only when I clearly said these are two separate orders.I ignored that but looking at the piece quality made me regret..ALL PIECES WERE HEAVILY BATTERED WITH NO CRISP JUST PLAIN PIECES FULL OF FLOUR..I will share pics aswell..Please fix the quality..

Went in and placed an order to go. Service was far from stellar. They forgot part of my order, but would not rectify when I complained. Will not be returning.

I ordered 3 piece meal combo and when I got home find 2 piece in the box. No receipt were given. I called the store and cashier who served me answered. I explained the situation and she ask me to drive back and she will give me a missing 1 piece. I ask for credit for my full meal and she reply no she can give credit for 1 piece. I also told her you didn't give my receipt , right away she goes then do I have a proof I order 3 piece and proof I am missing a piece.. I DONT USUALLY GO TO CHURCH CHICKEN and I will mot go at all again.

First time trying it. Got my food within a few minutes. Very quick. Chicken wasn't too bad. Tex sandwich was pretty good. Biscuit was great.Food: 4/5

WORST FOOD DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER! DON'T ORDER VIA UBER EATS. THESE GUYS GIVE STALE POP AND COLD FOOD TO MAKE IT A COMBO! GOOD JOB GUYS KEEP IT UP! GREAT FOOD QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NOT!!!

Flavour of chicken was awesome and overall customer service was on point. While waiting for my takeout order, one of the employees handed me a fresh biscuit while I waited.

Church's chicken has definitely improved in taste and quality. Their spicy chicken is moist and juicy while less oily compared to Popeyes. It also re-heats good the next day, which is way better than KFC. I also like that you can select dark meat when ordering larger family combos. The honey glazed biscuits are delicious as well. Overall taste, chicken size and quality surpasses KFC in my opinion.. which is surprising because i was never a fan of Church's before their rebranding.

My son and I went there yesterday for lunch after some Christmas shopping and quite honestly I was so disappointed. We ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich, with a poutine and conveniently the fountain drinks was out of order so we ordered a coke and paid 18 and change... now here's the problem... I don't mind paying for food that is great but we waited 30 minutes give or take until we received our order, once the order was received the lady gave me the sandwich with the poutine and said "thank you!" I asked where the drink was and asked me if I ordered a drink same person who took my order. We sat down to eat and the poutine was cold, barely any gravy and cheese was just placed there in all its curds nothing was hot enough for the cheese to melt. But I told myself I had to be thankful I was able to have a meal... But to add insult to all of this the same lady came to survey and ask "how was the sandwich?" My son said politely "it was good" and she looked and me and asked "ma'am how was your experience?" I said "quite honestly the poutine wasn't that good and..." she stops me mid sentence saying "I'm not really asking about the poutine." I decided to be polite but wanted to get my point across and said "I do apologize for my comment but I would like you to know the fact that my son and I had to wait this long for food that wasn't that good isn't okay with me... I will not be recommending this place to anyone going forward." Don't waste your time or your money at this place... there's zero pride these people take in making this eating experience a good one.

Worst service ever. They tell me 16 min for my order after 16 min they tell me another 9 min still cooking chicken in the mean time they filled 6 other orders. How do you not have chicken at 1250 pm. It would help if they had a better understanding of the English language
