Church's Chicken

Went in for a delivery but had to use a restroom so they were kind enough to let my daughter and I use their restroom. There was a man who was waiting on his food and as we were entering the restroom, his order was ready and he immediately caused a scene stating that it wasn’t his order and started yelling saying it wasn’t his order over and over and confusing the workers. While being in the bathroom for 5-8 minutes we were hearing him yelling the whole entire time. We got out waiting for the order and he was saying his order wasn’t it and kept on shouting and then he was telling the employees to give his money back and start all over,…they agreed but then he started threatening to them sue the company and admitting he had 4 lawsuits pending,…Everyone is over here staring at him. My daughter was feeling a little frightened by his behavior. The way I saw it was he wasn’t making any sense as to what he was complaining about. The employees handled this customer with great composure and even though he wasn’t making any sense they agreed to give his money back. We ended up getting helped outside at the window. We left the restaurant and as i was fastening my daughter’s belt. I explained to her that we don’t disrespect employees in that manner especially if we are angry and having a bad day, even hungry or even if they get their order wrong,…They work very hard to serve people because they have families to feed too. As i walked to my drivers side. The man was walking to his car shouting to someone in his car that they are leaving.

I live about 30 mins from This location… I like every one else have nothing but great things to say about this specific Churches. This is hands down the best fried chicken I’ve ever had that wasn’t homemade the employees were professional and courteous the restaurant was clean and did i mention the food was fresh and cooked to perfection I can’t believe how perfectly fried the chicken was. One word … Excellent! All the way around

I drive nearly an hour to get Church's Chicken. Best chicken ever! Honey glazed biscuits are bomb, too. But the best ever...the apple pie! Remember when McDonald's had yhe deep-fried apple pies? This is exactly what it is! I drive for that alone!!!!!

I ordered the 2 piece chicken with 1 side and a cooked apple pie. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease. The fried orka was okay but not cut in even pieces. Some pieces were normal size, but most of the pieces were tiny. You have to pay .25 cents for ranch dressing for the fried orka as a dipping sauce. The apple pie was okay, but I will be buying again.

It was okay. Chicken needed a bit of seasoning to bring the flavor out. Peppers were so small they should have given us 2 for the price.Recommended dishesFried Chicken

Food is good but customer service is BAD. It was not a busy day, but staff acted like they were too busy to help us. We asked about the menu or what is special deal. He responded whatever on the menu is what we have. Yes, I understand he does his job, but I'm sure when he interviewed for the job he probably said he would be happy to go out of his way to help customer. Maybe it's obvious that everyone in America know what to order from this place? But this is California and there are new comers to the country or maybe tourist who may not know about everything in CA. I'm sure at one point this staff were new to this country too!

food was good. But the problem was a girl cashier. How rude you are ! She didn't asked anything and just stared at me with no answers. If you don't know english, just learn it.

I bought the eight piece they had and it was terrible. The lady at the counter is very bad attitude and needs to be trained on how to serve food to the people. My order was done and she didn't even bother to call out to customer that it was ready. Really disappointed and will not go back there again.

Great fast Service! Polite and very nice workers and the food is fresh! The biscuits was nice warm and FRESH! The best!

Good service, and nice food. You can have a great meal of fried chicken here.
