Solid 3.5 star. Great value for the price. My New York steak was perfectly done. However my friend's peppercorn New York was not cooked evenly, some parts were dry and there should be more sauce on the plate. Nice atmosphere with music and sports screens all over. Would come back again when I'm in the area.
First time trying a Chucks Roadhouse and it was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend coming for the half-price apps after 9pm. Even though we got a bunch of half priced apps we also ordered a steak meal because the prices were very appealing. For the price the food is to standard, it is definitely not The Keg but a great choice to satisfy a steak craving, and service was friendly. Ended up taking home lots of food to enjoy while watching late-night shows. I know they are a chain but I have never heard of Chucks until now, will definitely come again hopefully to order all the apps and watch a game .
Good food! We went after 9pm and got half priced apps. We got nachos and wings along with a full rack of ribs. Cactus juice was great. Cool blue was truly disgusting and I regret getting it over the cactus juice. The ribs were fantastic and I'd go back for more!
I did not realize there were so many Chuck’s Roadhouse locations around the GTA! Our closest spot was a 30 min drive into the outskirts of Bolton. This bar & grill is quite spacious, anchored by a motorbike parked inside the entrance. We came to try the platters of 7oz top sirloin & lobster tail. It was served with grilled corn & fries. The steak was slightly firmer than medium rare, and the spice rub didn’t stand out. The lobster tail was quite small from perhaps a canner lobster. It’s fair value for the price although we’ll pass next time unless nearby. We also tried the French onion soup, which was topped by a healthy layer of melted cheese. The soup itself was quite salty. Overall meal service was fine. Paper & crayons were provided for kids.

Chuck’s is becoming one of my favourite places to get a bite to eat. I’ve had something different each time and been pleasantly surprised at how good their food is. Excellent service to deal with Samantha was pleasant the whole time although I had to run back-and-forth a couple times. Everything was fine like it usually is, except my order on this one day. I got 16 wings, and when they came I only had 8. So I told my waitress and I got some more which was fine. But when I left I didn't get half off appetizers after 9. I didn't get my full meal without asking and I had to pay more.Food: 3/5
After a disastrous experience at the Brampton location, had a gift card to use and figured would at least try a different location, and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were all very nice and attentive. Portions were surprisingly larger, which was great as well. Thanks for a great dinner.Food: 4/5
My husband and his friends went for dinner last night and were very disappointed. We have always had a great experience there but this time was terrible. Salads were not available but they were charged extra for other sides. The corn tasted old and the waitress with the black headband gave them horrible service. She had to be called numerous times and wouldn't come to them. She was more intent on having them purchase more beers instead of helping them. It was a large group that won't come again. Shameful!!
The food is good, the service was good too but the “Honest To Goodness Fee” is a joke, and so are the justifications for it. Nowhere was it obviously visible that there would be a few appended to the bill, and when I was surprised at my receipt and inquired about it, I was told that it was a fee to “keep the cost of food low, so the customer doesn’t have to pay more” I’m sorry what? I’m the one paying the fee, I’m ultimately paying more! Just raise the prices of the items when you need to, don’t slap customers with hidden charges, and be sneaky.
