We decided to stop at Chuck’s for an early dinner on our way back from the cottage, and it turned out to be a great choice. It was my first visit, and overall, it was a very positive experience. Although there was a bit of a wait to be seated, our server took our order promptly once we were at the table, and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal and was happy with their selection. The restaurant was clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere.
I have been travelling to so many chucks in OntarionFrom Windsor to Ottawa and chucks is always my go to place in Canada. So this review is because out of all the chucks I visited, I felt the service in brockville Amazing. Usually there will be a certain server for certain tables divided equally and they only look after that tables and sometimes in a busy night have to wait for the servers to notice us. But here in brockville, I saw a change in the pattern, I saw two Indian guys, i asked their names seeing their team work and was amazed. Prit and jay, two amazing people who took team work too seriously.nBoth of them take care of the entire section together no matter which table it is and working out really well as I never had to wait for them and I noticed that with other customers too. Wonderful service and because of their amazing hard work, brockville chucks is my favourite now.nI don't usually review on chucks because I been around chucks all around Canada because of the Amazing food quality and vibe. This chucks was special because of this two employees who are smart enough to serve the best experience for the customers which made me give this review here.nnI will recommend this to all people who pass bynAnd I believe all employees have same energy like themnReally feeling good with the positive attitude and experience
Chucks RoadHouse - Brockville, Ontario. One star is too good, there should be a negative 10 stars rating available. I ordered the loaded fries for an app and the buffalo chicken sammich w/ onion rings. The app came quickly. But very soon after the waiter dumped a plate on the table and rushed off. It was buffalo chicken fingers with onion rings see pic. I flagged the waiter down and said this isn't what I ordered. He disagreed. I asked for a menu. I showed him the description I read to him and the picture I pointed at exhibit b then said my plate looked nothing like that. He grabbed the plate and left. 10mins later he drops the next plate on the table and scurried away. It was the same plate, they took away the 5 chicken fingers, used 2 of them to make the chicken sammich and changed the dip. If you look at the 2 pics the onion rings are exactly the same, they didn't even think to mess them up so I'd think they were fresh. They weren't. They were cold. Same as that lame excuse for a chicken sammich. Total crap. If I hadn't just finished a long day at work and not been starving, I would have refused it. Oh, and my drink sat empty on the edge of the table for 26 mins straight. My server Biren Desai walked back and forth past me 17 and half times without asking if I wanted a refill. When I finally got his attention and asked for the bill, it was another 14 min wait. Never go here to eat. Its a place the locals go to drink. Worst. Dining. Experience. Ever.
My favourite server was on today, Lauren she is the best!!!nMy gang are outside enjoying the weather, listening to some great music sitting enjoying a great appetizers.nIt’s a laid back kind of Sunday, what can I say, good company, wonderful atmosphere and great food.
Dear Chuckhouse Team,nnI would like to share some feedback about our recent visit. The overall experience was good — the sports bar atmosphere, TVs, service, and the attention from your staff were appreciated. The employees were friendly and helpful.nnHowever, I want to be honest that it was disheartening regarding the food quality. The quesadillas took almost 25 minutes, although our waiter did check on us and asked if we needed anything, so the service was not the issue.nnThe concern was the food. Three people from our group experienced food poisoning symptoms after the meal. We also ordered chicken wings with hot sauce, but the taste was not up to the mark as the sauce was very sour.nnI am not making a complaint, but I would like to share this as feedback so it can be looked into. I have been living in Brockville for almost 9 months and appreciate supporting local businesses.nnI have attached the receipt as proof of our visit.
