First time ever in any location for me and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Food was great. Service was great. Beer was cold.nOrdered the Bacon Cheeseburger and it did not disappoint. Love the fact it came open faced. I for one, like to pick apart my food, especially when the toppings look that good.nWill definitely be back. Menu had a lot of great looking choices.
The restaurant is clean and has a good atmosphere. 2 large tv screens on the wall showing the raptors playoff game but they are on different speeds so people clap at different times. Pretty amateurish. The burger was great but the food comes out cold because there is one waitress who is completely inattentive. Had to grab some guy, not sure what his role is but he had a chucks shirt on so I asked him for another drink.nThe service absolutely sucks. As I type this I haven’t seen the waitress since she brought out the drinks. Someone else brought out the food. The beers are not poured to full. Not a diverse staff at all.nThis place has potential but is being run by people that clearly don’t know how to succeed. If this keeps up John Taffer from Bar rescue will have to intervene
Gabi provided fantastic service at Chuck’s in Aurora. Very friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. She checked in at the perfect times without being intrusive and created a great dining experience. Excellent customer service and a great attitude — thank you, Gabi!
Have a lovely dinner there this evening. Our server was great and very attentive I ordered the steak and lobster special and my friend had the chicken vegetable stir fry. Food was excellent steak was cooked perfectly atmosphere was lovely and best part was the price!
Service was fantastic. But food was mid. Steak is great but pasta was bland no taste. Fish & chips were not fresh and dry as well as the fries but the wings were fantastic. Better to order the steak, ribs, and wings.
