Dirty glasses, fake sauces, and slow service. Waitress was fine, but only one working so that’s on the owners. Worst location in the entire chain. Disgusting bathrooms. I think I saw a small mouse , not entirely sure but not surprising.
Surf and turf is not bad . Caesar salad was well dressed and lots of bacon very nice . The steak was medium well and tender. Lobster was ok. Also they should not have employees- managers - owners smoking at the front door 2 or 3 guys were smoking at the front doors as we showed up and again when we left right in front when you walked out ... Go to the back or the side of the building . Does not look good for your business.
We visited Chuck in Bolton for dinner. We found great food and service was superb, Mathew served us the best, very friendly, nice and clean. He helped us to choose food. It was our first experience. Was it great.
I've been here many times. love their wings. the fries were ok but dry probably bcuz they're a bit thicker than im used to.. and they weren't hot when they came. we ordered gravy so that made them better. Gravy is good. initially we had ordered calamari and I don't like tentacles. the plate was 98% tentacles and the 1 ring I ate had no flavor. They were Well done. Disappointed with the calamari so I returned them and they were nice to not charge us. We had lots house wine I'd good. Had the dessert I think it's caramel pudding. Its so good! Our waitress was sweet.. it was busy for the superbowl but overall it was a nice evening. I like Chucks.
My first visit last week and I think I might just become a regular. The Porterhouse Steak was excellent and I definetely recommend the Sautee Mushrooms to go with it. Price was very reasonable too and the lovely Olivia made the visit all the better with her efficiency and friendliness. Many Thanks. Until the next time!
