Had my son’s birthday party here and it was great! We had a very friendly working helping us with the party. Everyone treated my son with respect and patience. He has special needs so I was hoping for a good experience since we didn’t have one at another Chuck E. Cheese location. Fun games and 2 hours of unlimited play. Ticket blaster was so much fun! Thank you to all the staff that helped make my son’s birthday amazing!
I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese for 34 years until now. It was bright, clean, and fun. I brought my daughter of 4 for the first time and she had a blast. We got there at door open, played unlimited games for a hour, and then ate lunch. It cost around $55 dollars for her play pass and food for all 4 of us. All be it spendy we really had a lot of fun. She was able to get prizes, ride on some toddler rides, and meet Chuck E. Cheese. She asked if we could come back the next day, she had so much fun.
We went for a birthday. Pizza was good, games were fun, prizes were ok. Unlimited play for 2 hours, got a couple small toys with the ticketsDine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: No
Went here for a friend's bday! It was a blast my kiddos age is 4. Definitely enough for her to do here! No child is left out! Tons to do! Keep it nice if you visit for the next child! Kid-friendliness: Music singing and dancing great time to be alive!
Stopped in here with the kids for lunch/fun and had a great time! Delicious pizza and a huge variety of games and kiddie rides. Favorite game was the carnival shooting arcade. Staff was very friendly and patient as my 5 year old spent time picking out her prizes. Absolutely loved that they have unlimited timed play. Way to go Chuck!
The pizza is actually really, really good. I'd totally order it for delivery or take out without a single ounce of shame. All the adults in the group were shocked at how good it was. I like how you can buy either a set amount of tokens or you can do time intervals. We bought an hour and it's way better than having the kids nag you for cash. Kid-friendliness: They stamp your hands so only adults with the right stamps can leave with the kids. Additionally you can buy time instead of tokens so I bought 1 hour of unlimited arcade games. No more running to mom or dad for money lol
My daughter, having chosen Chuck E. Cheese as a reward, won't like that I gave 4 stars due to her absolute LOVE for the restaurant, but I have an obligation to the public and honest reviews are it. Everything was amazing and gave me a momentary flashback to the days where the only responsibility was having fun.... Except for the employees... I haven't seen such low morale in years... The pain in some of the workers faces was immense... I really felt as though one, maybe two employees were accepting of their place of employment, and all others were watching the clock to be able to have some relief... I wish I knew what was the cause behind this so that maybe we, collectively, could inspire change for those employees... Still will be returning monthly for the foreseeable future.
I left feeling extremely stupid for even walking inside. They will never get one more dollar from my family. 30 points used up in 2 games cause my daughter would scan her card and it wouldn't start . So she scanned it again and again. Told employees and they blamed me for not helping my 8 yr old with her card! Waste of time and Money . Food was high priced garbage.
VERY HIGH prices on skimpy pizza. French fries were smaller than McDonald's and cost twice as much. Employee tried to ²take the 1/4 glass of pop i gave my little gradaughter in a water glass so she wouldn't spill. We paid over 100.00 and they complained about 1 oz of pop!! Rude employees yelling at kids for running. Kid-friendliness: They didn't even acknowledge our 2 darling granddaughters. They yelled at kids twice not minefor running. What do they expect? It's supposed to be fun for kids!
Not as nice as it used to be but my daughter still had a good time. Could have better food and be cleaner. No chuck e cheese dance while we were there.Food: 1/5
