We hadn't eaten here since it was the Red Brick Pub. They opened it up inside and it's pretty much one big room with a bar now. Don't let that fool you! The food is much better than standard bar fare, and the wait staff is amazingly attentive. We spent a little more than we usually do when just the two of us go out to eat, but when we looked at the breakdown of prices on the receipt, the prices were very reasonable. Especially the fancy mixed drink we ordered. Anyhow, check this place out, and don't let it fool you into thinking it's just a bar.
Gyro was great onion rings perfect not burnt. My burger 1st didn’t have the chubby stamp. Sad. It was overcooked. I ordered A1 burger medium well this was over cooked. I ordered sweet potato fries and they were all burnt. Very disappointed I usually love their sweet potato fries but not burnt. Disappointed

Walked into a pretty busy place, we were greeted by Morgan. She immediately got our drinks and took our order for the apps. pizza logs are off the hook!!! I then ordered the mushroom burger and tots. My burger was cooked to perfection. Morgan must’ve checked on us at least five or six times, our food was out in less than 15 minutes. Incredible service, awesome food and we will be back. The Duskee family runs a great business. Highly recommended.

So we wanted a place to eat close to 13th Rising and decided on Chubby's from all the reviews. Well it wasn't disappointing!! The food was amazing, it came out piping hot and drinks were spot on. Atmosphere was great, needless to say we had a fun time and will definitely take a trip back there again! Thanks from the 4 girls from out of town!
I don’t write reviews often but seriously shout out to Chubby’s. The food is always great. I swear they never miss a sauce/substitution. My work crew orders takeout from here often and Chubby’s never misses a beat. You can tell they have great staff all around. The boom boom shrimp is insane. Just overall 10/10.
First off walked in to order takeout there was barley anyone in the place and they said it would be an hour wait. Ordered a dozen of garlic parmesan wings onion rings and a chubby burger. The wings were dry as a bone no sauce of flavor literally like they took them out of the fryer dropped them in the box and tossed some minced garlic on them they didnt even add the parmesanthey put shake parmesan on the side because there was no wing sauce and it wouldnt even stick. I had to put barbecue sauce on them just to stomach them. Onion rings stated they came with Texas petal sauce but they threw a blue cheese in my onion rings box instead. The Chubby burger was supposed to be made medium and it was red and bloody with probably only 10 fries on the side.. My favorite part of the whole meal was the celery sticks that came with the wings that I got to douse in all the blue cheese I was given. Would not recommend at all I looked the place up online checked the pictures and the food looked good so I had high hopes. Super disappointed.
Got the chubby burger and the over easy egg on top just absolutely made that burger. Great little pub with friendly staff and amazing food.Food: 5/5
