My down jacket got attacked with cat pee. They recovered it 100% and made it look like new while they were at it. They Made something very upsetting a recoverable situation. Totally recommend

I had an issue with a broken clasp on one of my pants. Initially they told me I would have to pay to fix it but I received a follow up call a day later that it would be taken care of. The gentleman was friendly and understanding. I appreciated the follow up call which showed they value their customers.

We used this place for a while and this place was ok. They have an after hours drop but I always forgot the code when I used to go here - although it's not as convenient as pickup and dropoff. My main complaint is that it's a bit more expensive than the competition, which in my opinion offers comparable service.

Very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Christopher's.
