Stayed here while in town for a wedding. Our host was very pleasant and her dog Django was the cutest! The room was nicely updated and super clean. Bed was also quite comfy. Location was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely stay here againRooms: 5/5
A warm, welcoming motel with many thoughtful details. They have regular hangers which make it easy to hang coats. They provide ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the washrooms, which are newly renovated. No shortage of pillows, fast reliable wifi, beautiful yard with covered fire pit area, and of course it’s close to the lake!
Pleasant small motel right off Hwy 3. Quiet at night, but lots of traffic the rest of the time. Operator was nice and provided a bucket of ice upon request. My only complaint was there was no way to get cooler night air into our room #1.

After a heavy rain our camping idea changed. When we arrived, the sign was saying "NO Vacancy ", but we asked anyways. Happens to be the person who booked it had a pet, and the motel had no pet policy. So it was cancelled last minute. We got the room, and asked for a place to eat. It was pass 8pm and most places were closed. The owner offered us some salad, home made cinnamon bunns apples and bread. Good vibes....
We stayed over 8 years ago. It was a great time !! Had relatives from Europe stay at a friend's RV nearby - the relatives wished they had stayed at the motel! The bbq was really handy and the fire pit as well. I would stay againRooms: 5/5
The Lakeview Motel is a little gem! Nothing fancy, just clean, comfortable rooms, nicely landscaped grounds, a beautiful fire pit/barbeque/picnic table area and kind helpful hosts. We will definitely be back!

Replying to "Terra & Jason" If you looked at the videos like you said you did.. , you would have noticed that none of the guests staying in our room were the ones causing any trouble. regarding the "noise complaints" you came into our room around 11pm to attempt to fix the hide a bed by proceeding to slam it and smash it, causing noise & also causing it to slam off the wall. The person that entered into a random room was not apart of our group. & We actually had 3 young men and 1 woman in our room. If the room can only sleep 4 people Im not sure where the other 3-4 people that you're accusing of having us of could've stayed. you brought police to kick us out & intimidate us they didnt give us any tickets/fines because WE actually didn't do anything wrong. and you charged us for 5 days when we only stayed for 1 night. News flash, not every teenager is reckless & ignorant!
