Had an appoint on a Tuesday at 4pm. They called and reshedueled to Wednesday at 630pm. The owner personally called me Wednesday afternoon to resheduele yet again for a Thursday appointment at 730pm. I go down there 5 mins early and nobody is there i received no phone call or email about a cancellation and I stayed there for a good 10 mins ringing the door bell and calling his phone which kept ringing twice and going right to voicemail. I haven't received any customer service from these people and don't plan on it after this b.s running around with them especially when I have to take time off from work to do it! I honestly don't suggest anyone to go through what I did and find a better attorney.
