This firm has represented me on a number of civil matters. I've found them to be very impressive attorneys who do not "churn the file" so to speak. Their billing and fees are very reasonable. Most importantly, they definitely possess the skill and experience to address any issue I've thrown at them. Great attorneys, cannot stress it enough.

Chris Christenson provided as much value and information in a free consultation as other attorneys have over entire engagements. In some ways more. The difference was that he listened to understand me and seemed to geniunely want to help. I also appreciated that someone was always available to answer my questions when I called.

I paid attorney Rick $1500 last year almost to the date today. To help me restore my license. He was glad to except the first $500 for a retainer. Which I was glad to give him. He sent out a packet. Mind you I live in North Carolina now and Michigan has a hold on my license. The packet States that I have to pay approximately $200 to another individual Wesley cross. And I have to travel to the state of Michigan which I do not want to go to and I did outline this to Rick. After I addressed my concerns to Rick about taking a urinalysis because I like to smoke marijuana That I don’t think I would be able to pass that. I told him I do not live in the state of Michigan I live in North Carolina. I have no intentions going back to Michigan. I paid all my fines in excess of $13,000 prior to talking to Rick. I was then told you’re going to have to pay the full $1500 and he would help me. I gladly did that. I explained to him I don’t understand why Michigan has a hold on me when I do not live inThat state anymore. At which point Rick told me he would look into it and get back to me. That was approximately one year to the day. I have left three messages with him within the last three months. Two of them within the last three weeks. His secretary Tina told me he was at court and he would call me back. Today I was told Tina is not in the office. Beware of this person. I am only stating facts. Fact is I gave the man money fact is he took it fact is I’ve left numerous messages fact is he’s never returned a call. Or give me my money back. And I even told the secretary Tina that I was willing to take 1000 back. And give him 500 for his troubles. Beware

I have done years of business with Chris and Craig. They have always given me more then one hundred percent, available day and night. My work and cases are handled in the fastest most professional manner. They are straight to the point doing what needs to be done to achieve a winning goal right the first time, right away. I will never use another attorney for any of my business, civil or criminal cases. Thank you Chris, Craig and staff for years of dedicated service. I truly appreciate it!

The office staff does not communicate well with each other. Mr. Fiederlein was not aware that his staff had made an appointment for me to come in and see him. He was rude to me when I needed questions answered but yet he was more than willing to answer my ex-boyfriend’s questions and then charge ME for it, basically giving my ex free advice at MY expense. Things were resolved on July 18, 2017 and I continue to receive huge bills for phone calls and other interactions with my ex that have taken place after July 18. I told the office before July 18, 2017 in writing that I do not consent to them speaking to my ex and they continue to do it. This is a breach of client/attorney privilege according to other law specialists that I have talked to about this. I was not going to put any type of review up until he called me at 9:30 this morning (8/23/2017) because one of my family members put a bad review on facebook. You call me and upset me so bad this morning because my family member spoke the truth and how she felt. She has been with me to every single meeting that we have had and is aware of what you did to me and continue to do. People beware, he may know his stuff but it will cost you a fortune and he will talk to your opponent about your case and charge YOU for it.
