5 Stars – Incredible Experience at Chop RichmondnnFrom the moment we walked in, the service at Chop was absolutely top-tier. We were greeted warmly and taken care of right away. Manny was especially welcoming — friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the menu and made sure our drinks were perfect throughout the evening.nnOur server Frank was phenomenal. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our entire family had a fantastic time. He was attentive, genuine, and even made sure our young son felt special with a few little extras that made his night.nnThe food was exceptional — from the steaks to the sides, everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Add in the upscale ambiance and flawless hospitality, and it’s easy to say this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Richmond.nnSecurity and staff overall were attentive and professional, making us feel welcome and safe.nnHighly recommend checking this place out — Chop Richmond delivers on every level.
Had an amazing dinner at Chops and wanted to share the highlights! We tried 3 dishes and honestly, all of them were impressive.nnMushroom Risotto: 9.5/10 — The portion was perfect for an appetizer, and the flavors were rich and satisfying. Creamy, earthy, and just the right balance. Definitely a standout dish for me.nnSteamed Mussels: 9/10 — Big, fresh mussels paired with a rich, creamy sauce. It was a touch creamier than I usually prefer, but my partner loved it, so it balanced out!nnSmoked Ribeye Steak: 8/10 — We ordered our usual medium-rare, but the texture came out a bit chewier than expected. Next time, we might try medium for a better bite. Still flavorful and smoky though.nnOur server, Richard, took a really good care of us, checking in just the right amount and making sure we had everything we needed. Service was a 10/10.nnOverall, loved the experience and will definitely be back!
Celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday with family. Reservations made and table was readily available & set.nnPlenty of parking available - register at the front when greeted for free parkingnnHolly that helped us was readily available and was attentive to our questions and needs. She and the team were great!nnDrinks, appetizers and entrees came in timely manner. Delicious, fresh and hot.nnWill be back.
Had a great first visit to CHOP with my mom. Our server Richard was friendly and patient, took time to explain the menu, and even surprised my mom with a free dessert for her birthday. The food was delicious and the service made it extra special. Thank you, Richard!
Had an amazing experience at Chop for Dine Out! The chicken gnocchi was absolutely perfect—the chicken was incredibly moist, and the gnocchi had that ideal soft-yet-chewy texture. And don’t even get me started on the chocolate mousse—the hint of salt took it to the next level!nnBut what truly made the night special was the exceptional service. Huge shoutout to Ana for her warm and attentive hospitality—she made our date night even more memorable. If you’re looking for a spot with delicious food and top-tier service, this is the place to go!
