Affordable prices, great culinary spins. Best pulled pork I’ve had in Idaho, no need for BBQ sauce. The greens were great and the squash mac sounds like it doesn’t belong, but it does! The bread pudding is the perfect texture. Chris, the owner, is really down to earth and has definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

Hands down the best BBQ in the treasure valley. Meats were done spot on, no sauce needed. Everything done in house from his recipes, and the greens were killer.

Can't wait to go back! This is an awesome spot in downtown Caldwell! The staff are awesome and the food is great. If you want some bbq, want it to taste good, and like to support local this your place.
