Bad grass. City doesn't take care of it. Windy & cold. Terrible dog fights. Small dogs preyed on & murdered sometimes.Pitbulls & chihuahuas don't mix.Dogs are thrown over fence to get them out park as emergency measure. Dog flu/Kennel Cough rampant. Ghetto vibe. Some humans use park as pickup joint not only for their dogs but themselves. 
2 stars is cause there's nowhere else to take your pooch.:(

Nice new benches. Gates get blocked with ice and snow making them difficult or impossible to close.
