Choice Financial may do things “legally” but ethically is another story. If you are thinking about using Choice Financial for a business loan, my advice to you is to use another bank. If you don't have any other options but to use them, I advise you to have a lawyer review all paperwork before you sign anything. Have Choice explain everything you are signing in extreme detail and educate yourself on the wordage used. Choice Financial should probably review what their core values are because they certainly did not live by their values of respect and teamwork in my case.
