I won't talk about the product because it's well known and popular. But I want to mention that their team at Gatineau are really friendly.
Just ordered a Dulce de leche sundae....never again! A complete waste of money it's all ice cream and a bit of sauce. And the wrong sauce to boot. Why charge me a dollar extra for Dulce de leche and not give it to me? Super disappointing experience.
Wow was I ever impressed by this dessert restaurant!! It was recommended to me by a family member and I loved it! So did my 5 year old. The ice cream cones are dipped in chocolate that forms a thick delicious coating on the ice cream. Its really rich but worth it! I can't wait to go again.
Clean place, sweet and very nice staff, always smiling and knowledgeable. Quality of the icecream TOP NOTCH. I was disappointed in the chocolates. It's a bit overpriced. I bought a dozen of different ones tonight and I didn't like one. Other than that....I DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%.
Great place, product, atmosphere. Unfortunately, not 5 because of customer service. The last few times I went more than 3 employees were standing around talking and not serving customers who were waiting longer than necessary, including myself..
I like that they add lots of chocolate to the ice creams, the quality is excellent. Also, I prefer to go there because of the health measures to protect people from COVID.
