Everything we ordered here was amazing! The chocolate poutine was SO rich and creamy, and the sea salt caramel added another layer of flavor. We also ordered an intense dark 72% and hazelnut praline ice creams. I especially recommend the intense dark for toppings like raspberries and nuts. Just be sure to always order the smallest size! Anything bigger is too sweet to finish...
Amazing ice cream, friendly staff, small location, little seating. Had some ice cream on a rainy day, not best combination. Best enjoyed on hot summers day. Can dip either chocolate or vanilla ice cream into any of the flavours. Only enough seating for ~6 people in entire location. Cute location in old Quebec.
Deliciously dipped soft serve ice cream. The dip was loaded and thick! Open late night until 10:00pm and the perfect dessert to accompany you on a late night stroll.
This franchise usually delivers in its quality with their desserts, but not this location - it was a total meltdown quite literally. The chocolate dipping is supposed to be served when it's dry, not when it's melting all down your fingers. Absolutely disgusting. Also, not to mention the ice cream and chocolate dipping were absolutely tasteless. I would recommend going to another location if you want to give this franchise another try.
The best dipped cone I have ever eaten in my life! It's like soft serve ice cream coated in thick milky lindor chocolate! I had dulce Leche and hubby had fuzzy peach! We were both more than impressed! Highly recommend!
There was a line out the door and on to the street during the Quebec music festival. It was very hot and a great day to get this ice cream. Flavors are full and options are plenty. I got the vanilla ice cream with milk chocolate dip which was amazing to say the least. The staff are nice and friendly when it comes to ordering. Over all a great experience and much better than the other place down the street.
The ice cream and the toppings were delicious and they had a wide variety of flavors. But I will give 4 stars as the service was not great. The lady who served me was dropping the ice cream scoop into the chocolate syrup multiple times and was not able to serve quickly. I definitely recommend to try the different flavors.
Very delicious, sweet and sugary! But very good to have on a nice hot day. In the picture, it’s a classic milk right-mini and barbe à papa left-small —> total : 14$
TLDR: Don't buy the large ice cream, terrible service. Seems like the other options are fine. I don't care how good this ice cream place is -- DON'T ORDER THE LARGE ICE CREAM. Here's why: 1 I waited for 15 minutes in line, and ordered the large ice cream dipped in dulce de leche. 2 The workers dip the ice cream upside-down, so one of them tried to do that with a large and promptly dropped the entire ice cream into the sauce bucket. Unfortunate. BUT – then she went and scooped the whole thing out with her hands??? Ok. 3 The manager then came and tried to do the same thing twice, and the same thing happened both times. lol. On the bright side, she scooped it out with a ladle instead of her hands. 4 They served me one of the ice creams that had dropped into the bucket -- literally one of the ones they had scooped out -- and they gave it to me in a cup. I wish I had a picture of how dilapidated it was. 5 I tried eating it, and after nearly spilling half of it on my shirt, I went inside and asked for a refund. 6 I was told that there was "nothing they could do" and the manager told me she "tried to do it twice" and it didn't work. 7 I explained why I wanted a refund, restating that the ice cream in its state was unacceptable. 8 I was given a refund, and with my tip unreturned, I asked for a small ice cream in exchange. I was denied one. Enough said.
Great ice cream and super yummy toppings. Suggested to us by a local. So good we went there two days in a row!
