Unique concept of build your own ice cream combined with delicious chocolate makes for the best dessert in town! They also did a great job of adjusting to CDC regulations.
What a treat! Great staff and the ice cream cones dipped in chocolate are to die for!!
Slightly overpriced but great ice-cream, nice room and friendly staff
Love their icecream dipped in chocolate. They also sell their chocolates to make your own fondue at home. Not a big fan of their other desserts as most of their baked goods are not done in store but are frozen and reheated in a microwave oven.
Menu items good as always, disappointed that plain vanilla milkshakes are not available. Staff was very helpful and friendly, service was very fast. Would return!
Fantastic place, delicious chocolate.. but whatever you do, when you go to order your ice cream, choose your size, then decide to go with two sizes down. It may look like a normal ice cream but once it's dipped in their awesome Willy Wonka Factory-style chocolate it'll be three times more than that in richness - which is good - especially if you inherited your Grandfather's sweet tooth ahem. Oh and make sure to grab lots of napkins, you're totally going to get chocolate on your face.
You should definitely try the Ice Cream Poutine!
The service is flawless! The personal is polite and beaming, even outside of open hours, and the ice cream is something you would happily develop diabetes from; it's just that good.
We took a seven day trip to the province of Quebec and had heard that Chocolats Favoris was amazing. So, our first day in Montreal we tried and it and feel in love! So, while driving through Trois-Rivieres we stopped for lunch at A&W and saw another Chocolats Favoris next door and of course had to stop for lunch dessert! Having previously gotten the chocolate nuair flavor for my soft serve dip, I opted for cookies and creme this time. It was excellent as well. I must admit that I prefered the chocolate, but this flavor was also great! My daughter ordered the caramel dip, also great and my wife got just the milk chocolate. We of course passed ours around, milk chocolate being the favorite of all. But we kept passing, as all flavors were amazing! I liked the layout of this store better than the one I visited earlier on Montreal's south shore. Here the counter is against the back wall, so its easier to just order chocolate or go for ice cream. The line also bunches up less while waiting for ice cream. If you are not familiar with this amazing Quebec chain, you need to go. They have amazing chocolate and other flavors to primarily dip your soft serve cone in. It hardens quickly while still staying soft not crunchy like most places. They also have awesome gelato, chocolate including candy bars, sundaes and milk shakes. It's all great! A bit on the pricey side, but you won't regret it! And portion are huge, so order on the smaller side!
We went to try the vegan option. There are a few choices with chocolate if you want it, and I cannot complain about either the premises or the ice cream. However, it was spoilt by a rude member of staff that could not be bothered to read the order and spoke to us in an unpleasant manner. We wont be returning.
