Ice creams and dips are really well. The cookies part of the menu is weak, very few things to eat. Coffee quality and taste is terrible, really bad.
Chocolats Favoris is amazing in terms of the quality, no doubt . I tried their ice cream so many times, and I can say that none of these visits were bad. Definitely, I would recommend Chocolats Favoris for others.
The product that they sell is pretty good though sometimes the dip can very much overwhelm the ice cream flavor. I normally would have given them a slightly better score, but the last time I was there, upon getting to the end of my cone, I noticed a black powder baked into the cone itself. I contacted the company and they said that the franchise would reach out to me, but they never did.

Service was good. But the price tag too high. The flavor of the icecream was a great texture and creamy. The chocolate coating was a little too thick but tasted good. A lil overbearing. I had the smores
If Chocolate is an aphrodisiac, this place is the Viagra. More selection and bigger portions than Leonidas, this Quebec classic is making its mark in Montreal. This location just open, so it will just get better as the staff get in the rhythm “hopefully”.
Although their ice cream is alright, they have horrible management and refuse to resolve problems when they occur. I called to explain that I ordered two chocolate sundaes using the Doordash app and that I paid nearly $26 dollars for ice cream that was half full, their response was to contact Doordash for a refund, as if Doordash was causing the issue. They said there's nothing they can do other than write down a note so it doesn't happen again. Fast forward two weeks, I decide to order again. I was hoping the problem was resolved but It clearly wasn't. I get two half full chocolate sundaes for $26 dollars once again. If you subtract the dash fee, I'm still paying $20 dollars for one sundae. These people are a total rip off and are beyond incompetent. Best to stay away and try another place. Thankfully Doordash is a reputable business that values it's customers and provided me with a full refund.
The dulce de leche dip is the best ice cream dip I have had in my life!
service was so bad, I told them the order was not as I expected, hot chocolate was so bad not like I order it, then he said ok as you like, without any respect for the customer voice.
I bought some fudge. It was just made, very soft and creamy. I bought a pecan one and a hazelnut. I paid a little over $5. It was absolutely delicious. I didn't try anything else, but the ice cream counter looks amazing. They have many toppings that look like hot fudge and other flavors. They have something called ice cream poutine too. I want to go back and try something else.
