Super friendly and helpful. The one small thing they could do is in the reservation confirmation they could explain where they are located better. There is no signage in the airport it self. Once I called the office the lady on the phone told me exactly how to get there. It would be nice to have it a head of time. Still 5 stars though.

I really like using the shuttle to and from the airport. Have gone many many times and am always pleased. We get there in plenty of time and the drivers are careful and are so courteous and helpful with bags. Never have to worry about bad weather or having to drive back to Eau Claire after a long day of travel. I highly recommend this shuttle service!

I had a very good experience with this service!  I had recently been injured so I was using crutches.  Immediately, the driver offered to let me sit in the front where I had more leg room, and was very accommodating to my needs.  He called ahead to make sure I had a wheelchair waiting for me, and dropped me off right where I needed to be.  He didn't leave until I had met up with my wheelchair and assistant from the airline.  Very personable and professional driver.  Highly recommend!

I like the flexibility of CVAS. My flight landed early enough for me to get on an earlier shuttle. However, I missed the shuttle by about 20 seconds! No worries. They made a call, came around again, and picked me up. That was an extra hour visiting my family. Thank you again!

Love the service.  Drivers are so polite and very helpful.  They are conscientious about safety as well.  The vans are always clean and well maintained.
