We tried to order on line one day and it wouldn't let us. So we tried again tonight. We put the order in at 10 AM to pick up at 5:15 PM . 6:05 PM it was ready!! Would have just left but had already paid. Part of the order was missing! Have always liked Chipotle but will never go to this one again!
I placed an online order using the app and everything worked out smoothly. They have a new pickup area where you bypass the register completely. It was very quick and convenient. The food was packed nicely and made it home in good shape.
The food was good but they forgot our chips so we had to go back and get them
Nobody is lying when they say this is the worst Chipotle ever. I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time...the employees were rude and unprofessional, they’re skimpy with portions, and they constantly either leave out ingredients or add unwanted ingredients. Won’t be surprised if this location closes down soon.
I waited a whole 30 min for my food and in the end they got my whole order wrong. People in line were also complaining the majority of the people left because the wait was to long. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
