It was our first time visiting chipotle as we came from Alberta on a trip. We enjoyed the food it was very filling and we could ask for more rice and protein at no extra cost. The staff seemed to be very efficient as well as the cooks in the back seemed to be working very efficiently. It was pretty busy when we went and the line was moving pretty fast. Would highly recommend trying this place out as the burrito bowl is got was one of the best I have yet to try. I tried the chicken al pastor burrito bowl. I will definitely be trying it again next time I come to bc.
They have changed the spoon size of serving chicken. Now they use a small flattish spoon instead of the round spoon before. Half the chicken falls right off into their container while scooping. This used to be a good location but that's no longer the case. You can see both the spoons in the picture, the chicken container has flattish and a smaller spoon.
Since they went corporate they aren't as generous as they once were and it lost that small town vibe. Despite that the food is consistently high quality. When they first opened the metro town location there was some quality control issues for a year or two but continuous improvement has brought Canadian chipotle's up to standard
Ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps and burrito bowl. Food is absolutely flavorful! Pritpal was absolutely amazing!! She was extremely kind & genuine! And also very diligent in creating each dish! Pritpal made my experience one of the best I've ever had! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!
Worst service ever. I’m not even joking. Avoid going here if you can. So disappointed by the service and the lady putting my food together. I asked for two hard tacos, and since it’s my first time I’m trying to figure out the order in which to order since clearly she didn’t have the patience or aptitude to even bother with helping out. Asked her to add lettuce to which she TOSSED all over the tacos instead of in the tacos itself…she put on sour cream and guacamole and just drops it all over the food. I then ask her to add in Pico de gallo and she just drops her shoulders all over exaggerated and looks upset…to which I told her to just put it on! If you want decent tacos, don’t come here… you’ll end up getting a terrible looking taco salad instead. Also, the customer in front of me was also quite upset with her food…nnChipotle, I am so disappointed. Hire better people please…all this hype, and I got a taco salad instead of the tacos I was actually craving
