Have been to different locations. But this one is worst. I ordered the veggie burrito. The girl preparing after putting rice, beans. Said we don't have veggie ready. And was skipping that and moving further to sauces and wrapping up the burrito. I asked u didn't add veggies, then another person opened the wrap and add veggie from different side counter.n0 for customer service and food handling. They need to hire good people. It's been running and bussy because no other good options.nNeeds to improve.
The food assembly line was disgusting - ingredients were mixing in their metal storage bins that staff were serving us from and there were many spills on the counter, which also made the bottom of the bowls and the lids dirty. It was impossible to know how disgusting it was until our bowls were being assembled before our very own eyes, as we watched in horror and disgust. Hello, cross contamination? Fraser Health, where you at? Have these people ever heard of wiping down a counter?nnI felt bad for the front line employees because they did seem to be working hard with the skills and knowledge they have, but I worry about the leadership from management. As you can see from my photos, the employees on the assembly line regularly reach across each other and this results in food from different sections being dropped accidentally in the wrong containers. As my partner said, this could actually be a plus for us customers because there was a teeny bit of guacamole in the cheese bin and a lucky customer might get some free guacamole that way! nnOur food was cold, including the chicken and rice, even though we were served from fresh containers for those particular items, I saw them be replaced right before we were served. It makes me wonder if they are just mass preparing food and then not keeping it at an appropriate temperature. The chicken was not cut nicely and the size of the pieces was very inconsistent. As the poor employees were working, there was a very large amount of meat on the grill left unattended. RED FLAG!!!
Chipotle use to be the epitome of consistency but in the past 6 months, this location continues to worsen. This is my last time ordering delivery with them... They always forget something and the portion sizes are pathetic and I know as I've been going to Chipotle for a decade. I'll include pictures, note that the steak one I paid $26 for... Basically a child's portion. They need to make some changes there... They simply cannot keep up to the volume and quality continues to suffer. This is no longer a value option. I live their food bit this location is suffering and doesn't seem to be getting the support they desperately need.
The place is filthy. Like, disgusting. Food on the floor. Food on the tables. Trash everywhere. How can this be sanitary? If you want a clean table, you need to ask for it to be wiped down, or do it yourself.nnBack when local kids were the staff here, they really used to care about how the place looked. But all the local kids are gone and the staff now clearly don't care at all. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a real rat problem here.nnRecently when I came in, I noticed the staff furiously cleaning. Like the place was spotless. Sure enough, a few minutes later, a bunch of suits came in for an inspection. But I tell you, the pics I've included here are how it really looks. Food and trash everywhere. We almost never come here anymore, it's gotten so bad.nnAnd how they make a big show about checking the temperature of the food on the line? Lol, if there are rat / or mouse droppings in your food, the correct temperature won't save you from getting ill.
This was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had at Chipotle. From the moment I walked in, the service was unwelcoming and disorganized. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers, specially MANDEEP KAUR AND PAHULNOOR and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. My food was poorly prepared, portions were noticeably smaller than expected, and the quality was nowhere near the standard Chipotle claims to offer.nTo make matters worse, the restaurant appeared unclean, and no effort was made to resolve my concerns. Spending money here felt like a complete waste. I left frustrated, hungry, and disappointed. Customer service, food quality, and cleanliness were all below expectations. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will not be returning. A very disappointing experience overall.
