Comfortably the WORST Chipotle I have ever visited across Canada and USA. Its not just Less protein like the other reviews mentioned. Even the Lettuce they gave me like very very little, you want to skim money buy giving less protein alright even Lettuce?? the box is not even full. And there is water every where not sure if its water or something else.
I've been a regular at this location ever since it opened and I have to express my disappointment at how awful the service has been getting. I recently visited at two of the workers were in charge of making my bowl. As they moved the bowl down the counter, they were completely silent and didn't ask for what I wanted or even disclose what items would need an extra charge, which should be customary. Not only that, Chipotle's scoops are supposed to be portioned by their size for different items e.g. 2oz and 4oz and when I asked if they could make up for the half scoops they were giving to me, their attitude became a lot more unfriendly.nnMoreover, I typically get a sour cream on the side and I have never been charged extra for it, neither does the app charge you extra if you order online. However, they charged me extra for this side without disclosing the extra charge. This is not only fraudulent but also tiptoes into illegal practice. I was also the only person in line, so it would have had nothing to do with understandable mistakes made during peak hours.nnI really do hope that the service could improve. I've had incredibly good experiences here but it feels as if either the workers aren't trained well enough or trained to give smaller portions than standard. If you want the pricing to be standard then you have to make sure the portions are standard too. I'm lost as a customer because I am a student paying a flat price for wildly inconsistent portions and I cannot trust that I will get what I paid for.
Ordered a kid’s meal with fruit as the side and here’s the fruit they packed for our kid. Always check your pick up order before you leave!
Food was great! Full of flavor and staff was great.nI wish I had been offered all the variety of meats they had, but I was just given two of the options. The rest was covered.nJust realized there was more options when I proceed to pay for my order.nTables were dirty and the one that I took, had a leak from the ceiling which I didn't realize until I was eating.
I got here regularly though I’m not sure why. This is easily the worst chipotle I’ve been to across Canada or the US. There’s generally lots of staff but only one person ever working the order line. Customers are left to line up and wait while staff talk to each other. I regularly have to correct the cashier on what they’re charging or repeat my order over and over because no one seems to actually listen to the customer when they ask for questions. I always leave frustrated but it’s so close to home, I keep going back. Can’t wait for the pokerrito to open next door so I can go there instead.
