If I could give them Zero stars I would. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The entire restaurant was a mess on steping in around 6:15pm today. I used the bathroom before ordering and it had flies every where with no toilet paper to wipe. The server took almost 20 minutes to attent to one customer. They were out of almost everything with a big sign saying no forks at the moment. They had no peppers or lettuce and still had the worst attitude. I got into the restaurant hungry wanting to dine-in and left not wanting to eat because of the state of the restaurant I felt nauseous at the sight of the tables looking all dirty and the floors so nasty with leftover food sitting everywhere, pieces of food everywhere. I couldn't take a lot of pictures because of other customers, it was just so disgusting.
I hate to pile on about how bad this Chipotle location is but I can help but do so after todays lunch experience. I’ve been on a burrito bowl kick lately and wanted to check out this location. Upon entering I saw people dining in and orders being carried out even at 2p! Ordering was no problem but I know these days it’s tough to find help but I felt a vibe of these employees are burned out and are understaffed. The tables, floors were dirty and a mess. I took a pic of one the garbage cans that was full outside: Another can was just as full on the inside. Also my steak seemed over cooked. Needless to say my Chipotle kick won’t take me back to this location anytime soon.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this place was absolutely disgusting. I walked in to pickup an online order, and the place was trashed. Dirty used forks and food all over the tables, the counter where they prepare the food was filthy and covered in spilled food mess, the big “we’re hiring” sign on the window falling off next to a table filled with promotional material unattended. When I walked in, the entire staff seemed to be congregated around the register/food prep area socializing. I also saw no less than three employees with their masks down, all immediately next to all of the exposed food trays on the counter. Not very COVID-safe at all. They all seemed startled when I walked in, dispersed to their stations, and then when I said I had an online order the guy behind the food prep exited his station to go check my bag while the other employees continued to stand around. They forgot my drink, which I informed them of, and they quickly grabbed it. I wish I had checked the rest of the order, because sure enough that was not the only thing wrong. The orders of chips and queso and chips and guacamole were served in the tiny side portions rather than the full size containers they are supposed to come in. The chips were all stale and incredibly greasy. The food in my burrito bowl was also quite literally spoiled. I didn’t risk eating it and getting food poisoning. The lettuce was all brown and wilted, the tomatoes, corn, and onions were all translucent and sickly looking, the sofritas looked all separated/watery, and the rice looked old and congealed. This chipotle needs a major management overhaul. This place is food poisoning waiting to happen.
I love the food but the portions are just out of this world. I was there today they barely put any rice or meat in the bowl. They just load it with beans and lettuce but they do charge the same. If that’s the case why not weigh the bowl so we as customers could be charged accordingly. Not to mention the guy making my bowl was not friendly at all.
The Hispanic kid serving acts like he doesn't know how to portion food. He gave me less guac than what you'd get on the side. I had to ask for extra chicken for one order to get correct portions. Usually when you get guac you can spread it over the whole bowl. I couldn't even do that. I called because I wanted a refund for paying 3 dollars for not getting much guac. But I figured I'd leave this review instead. If you want to go to a chipotle that portions correctly and you feel as though you are getting what you paid for... FIND ANOTHER LOCATION. This place is absolutely terrible. It's a shame corporate doesn't read the reviews. Inflation is already hitting us hard. Now we work our money and can't get what we are paying for.
Decided to hit up this chipotle on the way home from the gym and I thought I was on a hidden camera prank show or something until I saw all the other reviews are the same. First I was excited because they stacked my burrito bowl high. Then I pay and they’re like “the drink machine is out of CO2”. Then I realize they’re out of forks, not just in front, but the entire store so they give me a spoon. They should have suggested a burrito and not a bowl if they don’t have forks. It’s 7:30 but they already put the chairs up even though they close at 10. I sit at a stool. I find out that half the rice is completely uncooked after almost chipping my teeth twice. I’m still starving so I just eat the rest without chewing it. Then I go to use the washroom and apparently they used the “open door and toss a bucket of water in” cleaning technique because it’s flooded and nothing was overflowing. Additionally they were blasting some really questionable rap music from a Bluetooth speaker with mostly words I can’t repeat here. I didn’t really care personally but there were other customers with young children there. Really weird experience overall
Is anyone in charge at this place? There is garbage everywhere, almost always out of ingredients. I’m willing to bet they have never cleaned those drink dispensers. Go here if you want a 50/50 shot of getting food poisoning.
Really old piece of avocado in my guacamole. All orders or guacamole were very dark and did not look or taste fresh. Had to throw out. Called and was told I would have to come back to speak to someone. On a lunch break I do not have time to go back to discuss old guacamole. Very disappointed.
Inside by fountain area, forks, knives, etc was disgusting. I spoke to a manager she said that, people are like pigs, and she is not going to clean it. Well I don’t know who the pig is. Out side bees are flying all over the place because the garbage is over filling and the tables are filthy. Come on guys this is ridiculous!!!!
Most chipotles have negative reviews but this is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve had two negative experiences First, they locked their doors and told everyone they needed to order online. When we asked why, they said just because. Second, I walk in and one of the workers was cleaning up and said they are closed. Closed at 5pm? When did the hours say that and there was no note outside
