I called in because my order was wrong I ordered 5 burrito bowls. I only got the protein. I wanted to know if they would help me correct it but they seem not to care about the customer satisfaction.
One of these days they might actually cook the rice. Undercooked rice is the WORST! Makes any burrito inedible. Once is a mistake...but 3 different times? Hard pass from now on.
