Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle in NYC is quite the experience so my level of expectations were kinda high. . But fun to visit in Bozeman. The Steak Burrito is magical , nice staff and outdoor seating is cool

Great food and service. The location is a little hard to access from the street.

Also the worst and most unreliable Chipotle I’ve ever been to. 8/10 times you show up, and they're closed. Orders are never accurate and always missing something you’ve paid for. The guac is always disgusting. Super disappointed. I’m not usually one to leave a review, but something has to change here.

Completely unsatisfied. One of the burritos I ordered was about half the size of the other and the lettuce in my burrito bowl had tree/plant leaves in it. The lettuce also tasted unwashed. I ordered from the app and even arriving early the food was prepared so far ahead of time that it was cold by the time I got home.

I love Chipotle but this location is the worst. Always short staffed and always is only taking online onders due to this reason. I have been waiting for 45 minutes and still dont have my food. I feel horrible for the employees. They all need a raise and the owner needs to get this restaurant in order.
