***Let me preface this with the fact that I RARELY give negative reviews/complaints. I choose to focus on the positive.... And, most Chipotle's have been fine. ***THIS REVIEW is specifically for the location in BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA. We ordered two steak burritos. There was very little meat and every other ingredient was minimal on ours. It would be one thing if that's just how the employee made them for everyone; HOWEVER, every customer behind us had not only a FULL size burrito, there was a VERY NOTICEABLE difference in the amount of all ingredients. I definitely DON'T want to think that it was a race issue, but we are white and everyone behind us was not. I even asked for extra rice and was given about a half spoonful of it. The speed was very slow as well. There was one person behind the counter and at least 4 others walking around the back area, wiping/cleaning the counters oblivious to the line of customers and meals lined up on the counter while the burritos/bowls were waiting for a 2nd person to finish the order and a 3rd person to run the cash register. So, everything was COLD by the time that we ate. Even when I asked for extra rice, the young man seemed to have an attitude and looked irritated that I asked. My first few bites were mostly excess tortilla wrap because it was so skimpy. And, half of it had no meat - the little that it had was on just one half. This is NOT the first time that we had less than acceptable service and food at that location. Like I said, I rarely write negative reviews. It takes A LOT for me to let things bother me. ***To the BROOKLYN CENTER. MN Franchise Owner/Manager - PLEASE take this seriously. I have an MBA, have management experience, HR experience and also led many diversity initiatives at former employers... your staff needs proper training and/or new staff should be hired. Look at other reviews... I'm not the only one with concerns. And, look at any of my other reviews... this is the ONLY negative one. We will NOT be returning to your location and hope that others who see this review will take this into consideration. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.
My son and I always love to go to Chipotle for lunch when he comes to work with me and this time it was even his treat he got a steak burrito and I got the new chicken bowl they said amazing the chicken was juicy and had that nice spicy kick to it always an awesome meal even my manager got me a gift card to Chipotle cuz she knows how much I love it
The food was great, portions were generous, staff was friendly. However, FYI to other parents - there is NO changing table in the bathroom, and the floor was FILTHY so I had to wrestle a new diaper on my surprisingly strong 1yo while doing an awkward half-squat and thanking my lucky stars it was just a wet diaper. Definitely not an easy feat. I thought it was code to have a changing table in every restroom. If they fixed that, it would be a 5 star experience!
Very best tacos salads. I love to get it to go. I make my meal last through lunch and dinner too. Sometimes I eat it all right away. But then I'm very full.Food: 5/5
This store is always hot or miss, today it was miss. Ordered a burrito bowl with fajita veggies and the green peppers were barely cooked and no onions. They also for got to put on both orders of chips. If I have to pay 45$ for my food I expect to get everything I ordered and it cooked properly. The also included core pieces from the lettuce. If wouldn’t eat this bowl , then don’t expect a paying customer to eat it!
Great location! Friendly staff who take pride in their job. Large yet fair portions. They actually listen to how much you want of each item. I wish other locations were half as good as this one..!Food: 5/5
Not sure how long my mobile order set there behind the counter instead of on the to-go shelf, but once I finally went and asked on an update and got my food, it was barely warm, not to mention the stale chips. New chicken al pastor is pretty good, though.
Justine the "manager" at Brooklyn Center location told me it was " too busy so there's nothing she can do about our order being wrong", "maybe drive back in for cups of the ingredients!" I'll be driving back in to talk to your boss & their boss! This happens EVERY time we order!!! Never again! I will be contacting her supervisor and so on. Why young people today think it's OK to be completely disrespectful to paying customers is ridiculous.
Went to go grab a burrito and bowl at around 7:30pm. The wait was long. I was not the only one complaining in the line. The music was inappropriate. Employees were not organized, the trash bins were full and soda vendor machines had straws all over it. Nobody clean or wiped tables down. I saw 7 employees while I was there. Maybe they need more training because my customer service was not pleasant at all. I wasn't even greeted. I will not be going to this location again for chipotle.
Cannot get a quesadilla in store. Only online. Then u can only customize it certain ways. Why make it so complicated. This is why I never eat here. Put it on the menu or take it off.
