If I can give this place a zero I would. First things first, I worked in the food industry for 5 plus years, Chipotle being one of them & also was a kitchen manager at some point, so miss me with all the nonsense before you even start. All the employees have attitude’s , they don’t even know their own menu, and the quality of food is pure garbage. Again, because I worked for chipotle, I know what the standards are, and although it was annoying always having to be on top of quality, I never once said screw it , let me just collect my hourly and serve mediocre food. No tomatoes in one bowl like I asked, chicken portion amount was pure comedy. I’ll let the picture speak for it self. Look at how the steaks cut, got clumps of chicken not properly cut, steak was seasoned horribly. I can tell someone in there loves to free hand . I never normally leave reviews even though I’ve had plenty of bad experiences, but this chipotle is just out of hand. It just reflects on the stores leadership. Management needs to have a realignment meeting to reset expectations or I definitely see this place shutting down soon.
There is a real reason why this specific chipotle is rated so bad. It is really bad Reasons Poor quality like really poor Mixed beef to my chicken tacos see photo Small quantities , I had to eat again at chili’s after having lunch here. Slow as a snail Customer care is a joke Never eating at this sad place again.
This location is filthy, as many others here have noted. I went in for dinner and looked around and there was trash and leftover food and cups on literally every table; employees didn’t seem to be concerned. Decided to instead take my order to-go. As others have also noted, they were out of some ingredients: no fajita veggies, no guac, I think I got the last handful of lettuce, etc. They seemed to be low on chips. They’d nearly run out of basic stuff like plastic forks, hot sauce, napkins, etc. The menu prices here are also more expensive than other Chipotle locations — talking over $10 with tax for a basic chicken burrito. A spoonful of guac is $2.80. The new steak option is $13! The dirty seating area is inexcusable though, and people have been documenting it here for months so ownership clearly doesn’t care. Who wants to pay $15 for a burrito and chips and sit down at a table full of trash? Hard not to then wonder how clean the kitchen is. It was also very hot inside when I visited during the summer, to the extent to person I went with didn’t want to stay and eat. I’ve had issues with mobile app orders not being ready on time and/or being kept behind the counter instead of at the mobile pickup shelves.
I will not be coming back to this Chipotle. When they first opened they were always clean and orders had ample food. We ordered recently and each of our orders was either missing something or the meat selection was wrong. Also, the portions were appalling. We were all left hungry… it’s a shame what this Chipotle has turned into over the years
I’ll never eat at this nasty place again. This place is trash, literally. And many other reviews on here are saying the same exact things. There was garbage all over the floors, tables, chairs, and the garbage bins were overflowed with food and trash everywhere spilling out onto the floor. They were either totally out of food or almost running out of food in every single section behind the counter. Also out of utensils, napkins, straws, and plastic covers for drinks. When I asked for napkins the workers seemed annoyed and handed me a couple from behind the counter, and acted the same way to another customer I saw that asked for napkins. There were also probably 8 workers there, with only 2 or 3 actually doing something while the rest chatted and stood around even with all the work that they were behind on: garbage literally everywhere, supplies that needed to be restocked, and food they ran out of that needed to be replenished. It’s completely disgusting. These are just the things I witnessed with my own eyes, so I don’t even want to imagine how filthy it probably is behind the counter and if the staff have good hygiene. I will never come here again, and I will make sure everyone I know hears how filthy and awful of an experience it was. I read many other reviews with identical experiences, it’s a shame that nothing has changed in a long time and that this Chipotle location has learned nothing from its bad business practices and bad service. Too bad there isn’t an option for zero stars.
This is the worst chipotle ever. They are constantly out of ingredients. Last time I went, they didnt have lettuce, steak, rice, sour cream or utensils. The lemonades are always empty or close to it. Employees seem like they hate their jobs. When you order online, you get barely any food. It's incredibly filthy at all times. It's such a shame!!!
This location is terrible. I am done coming to this location. As others Mention. They regularly screw up simple online orders and are out of basic ingredients. I placed my online order with rice lettuce cheese and protein. With the label clear they still threw in tomato salsa AND corn salsa. My wife's order had tomato salsa but no corn either so how did mine end up with this. My wife's protein was pure fire with its spice and its chicken. We saw they added chili salsa to hers out of nowhere. This location claims it never has chips available and if they do. They are stale and taste like card board. The location routinely runs out of basic ingredients like lettuce and main protein during main hours. I've had bad experiences with this location more than a handful of times. Go to another location.. This is by far the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to and unfortunately it's the most convenient one. The problem here has to be leadership and training. Follow up and regular checking. They just don't care.
Worst chipotle I’ve ever had. Ordered two orders of the Garlic Guajillo Steak Bowl. They give me grilled meat no seasoning at all, my bowl had no guac which I paid extra for and no pico. It was just plain rice lettuce, a huge amount of cheese and salsa which all tasted like left over food. I will not come back here!!
Im usually not picky and can be very understanding when things go wrong and I really hate leaving negative reviews this will be my first but I’ve been going to this location since it opened and I agree with everyone else that the quality just completely went down hill at some point. Usually pick up my food around 7:30pm-9pm - mobile orders are never ready in time, looks like they get plenty of mobile orders but don’t have anyone specific to take care of them so they are always behind feels like it’s not a priority at this location -I’ve tried going in to buy food thinking it would be faster but it takes the same amount of time… - the food counter looks very messy - there’s rarely ever any containers to add hot sauce in - the food is not seasoned well or taste like the other chipotles -today i had to wait longer for my bowl and on top of that my rice was practically uncooked very crunchy and the bowl had a weird smell so I am very disappointed -the team never looks happy or never gets along!! From experience in stores I believe this might be the issue My boyfriend used worked for chipotle and his brother manages a store and he he assures me that Chipotles are not suppose to run like this. Very bummed about all of this since chipotle has always been my go to and this location has always been convenient but probably won’t be visiting this place from now on! :
NEVER again!! The food was good but our order was SO messed up! They forgot THREE items in my order and TWO on my husband’s order!! Meanwhile, ALL of of these items were labeled clear as day on top of each container! If you want what you actually paid for, do NOT go here. I’ve always liked Chipotle and am sad to have to permanently cross this one off of my list. This specific store needs a MAJOR overhaul! Vegetarian options: Meatless option and sofrito option instead of meat
