Bad sirvice. I order my food to be deliver to me. 30 mts later my food wasnt even pick up by a driver and the store did not call me to let me know. I had to go directly to the store to pick my food. On top of that when i got home and open my food it was not what i order.
Food was prepared kinda strangely. It didnt bother me, but the person I was with was a little bothered by it. The liquids from his quesadilla leaked out and it broke the bag which made all our food fall out. But over all everything tasted delicious.

Ordered salad and a bowl online. This is the salad. Will be avoiding this location in the future.
Great experience overall! Hayden was brilliant - the service was impeccable & food excellent. Chipotle stores in other cities can take a leaf out of Hayden’s book. Will definitely return when in Providence.
My order was handled so poorly. I ordered the Three Tacos and all of them had stale and soggy shells, meat only filled halfway in, and sauce just all over the platter. The second taco had cartilage and hard stuff in it. Whack.
Great food. Small location with an amazing view of brown university. Service was ok, great cashier.
