Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not gonna lie if I could give this less stars I would. Quite possibly the worst chipotle I’ve been too. First time we tried it, I ordered guacamole and when I got home it was almost black. Absolutely disgusting and pretty much rotting. The pic I have doesn’t even show how awful it was. My order was also completely wrong as I ordered a bowl and a burrito double wrapped and got 2 bowls and still charged for an extra tortilla. We decided to give it another try tonight, same disappointment however this time it was the almost cold and chunky Queso and stale chips. I think the worst part is that it wasn’t busy both times and that should have been our sign. I would have rather waited in line at dos bros which is why we went to chipotle this time anyway.

I don’t want to give any star for this review bc tastes bad! Missing sour cream, no fajitas, dry rice, and cold so so salty. They messed up my orders. Look at the cheese portion, about a tablespoon? The first time trying Chipotle and we will NEVER be back. Walked in and all of the trash cans they had were overflowing, nowhere to even put your trash. We get up to order and all the meat is so old and dry. We should have left when we saw that but my husband tried the chunk steak that looked the best and got a burrito and it was HORRIBLE. it was 2 hours before close and they wouldn’t make any fresh steak. The Queso was chunky, the salsa was literally pico, and the chips were stale. 30$ was a crazy amount to spend for the food because it was awful, it wasn’t worth a 1$. Don’t go waste your money here, trust me!

Had to run back in 3 times to get my order right. Asked for black beans on the side like 6 times. Got charged guacamole that i didnt get so i had to get refunded, and still didn't have my black beans so i had to run in a last time. I felt annoying. Its like you tell them something and they don't hear you. They did give complementary chips but i had to ask. All in all it tasted good but the rice wasn't hot and everything else was pretty good. Hope they can step it up. Some workers didn't seem like they cared or knew exactly what was going on, while I still wish them the best cause i love chipotle. Maybe some are new, but honestly if you do it all day how long does it take to get good at serving food? Hope it gets better. Just my first experience at that one. Needs more assertiveness from the workers. The guy that gave me the refund seemed nice.

Paid 15 dollars for almost no rice only meat cheese and tomatoes and didn’t get any of the extra topping that was paid EXTRA for. Dos bros is cheaper and they actually give you what you pay for. Place just opened and Already doesn’t care about the quality of the product. Meat was dry and had no flavor. The little bit of rice there was had been undercooked and crunched when you ate it.

Food was fantastic. Everything was a little pricey, but that is a corporate issue, not something this specific store can control. Facilities were clean, food was hot, service was fast and great. Definitely eating here again.

I think the food is okay. My wife and I both got steak burritos, chips and a drink for $40. The chips were so stale I couldn't bite through one of them. You'd think for that much money you'd get better quality. The floor had food all over the place.Food: 3/5

Went right after opening..... service ok but food was terrible even though right after lunch food was dry like it had been sitting for hours..... will probably try again just to be fair.... was really disappointed... watching the commercials it looked so good...

I was celebrating my two year anniversary, we decided to come here since it was new. Big mistake. We both caught food poisoning. I was glued to my bed or a bucket for the next day. Definitely killed the mood that night. I'm never eating there again. How can you have just opened and you already ate getting people sick?
