Chipotle

User-friendly Chipotle app makes it incredibly easy to order online and pick-up in store! The store softly opened today with much enthusiasm. There were issues with our online ordering but the manager was notified and happily fulfilled our needs well to our satisfaction. Expect some items to be unavailable. However, I am confident this store will easily address minor hiccups during opening week as they work to control the demand and train new staffs. I will definitely be back. Today was my first time at any Chipotle. When I told Malayna, the staff, her face changed and started being very cheerful. She introduced how to order and the popular options. She said this place is new. I can tell. The interior is really pretty and the staff are all so nice. Malayna even gave us an extra receipt reminding us to enter the draw for 1 years worth of free food! Malayna you rock The food itself was good : I've never had mexican fast food. It's not as unhealthy as j imagined and there were even fancy fountain lemonades. It's kind of expensive but I guess it's from the meat steak!!

Shoulda waited till I was finished.. overall it was quick and friendly pick up, but the extra lettuce I requested wasn't there and then the chips....first one was very stale and the rest were not really crunchy....obviously left over from the day before??? The ones I got before at Guilford were the best But the meal was very tasty

The staff were super friendly, service was fast, portions were massive and the food was delicious!! I walked in to order my meal, the place was clean and the staff were actively cleaning. Not sure why they have low reviews but I personally had a great experience!! *I opened my Burrito for your viewing pleasure.. was messy to eat afterwards..* So you're welcome

I dunno why it took me so long to try Chipotle, but I am so glad I did albeit later than I could have, having delivered for them several times over the past couple of years. Compliments to their delivery system at most locations BTW Had the beef barbacoa and it was incredible, rice good, veggies good toppings good and the beef, oh this was the best part, unlike alot of other competitors where i dare not make the barbacoa mistake again theirs was plump juicy and cooked perfectly. The lettuce handful was the icing on the cake making it a hearty multi layered meal. 100% satisfied with the price as well. My compliments

Updating my review, came here on Friday night and the kitchen was dirty. I get that they were busy but this is a restaurant cleanliness should be top priority. There was garbage all over the floor, dirty gloves, receipts food.

Great tasting food, just like other Chipotle I’ve been to. Nice new restaurant in the area. I’d do take out via drive-thru preorder only here rather than dine-in, and vaccine passport not checked upon entry and the dining area is quite small so social distancing isn’t possible. Line up wraps around the diners with not much space in between. Good customer service though, keep it up!

This place is pretty delicious. The only thing is that I find the amount of stuff put into your bowl-style dish, really varies depending on the employee who is serving you. Some workers are naturally inclined to be generous with their helpings. Then there are some who are not. Once you have had one of those bowls packed with enough food to last 3 meals, you feel like it's a pretty decent deal. It's hard when you get one of the more frugal workers, you feel like you are being ripped off.

Got catering done here for a staff event I planned and they were just the nicest people in the world. Awesome service, great prices, and made sure everyone’s burritos were on point. They listened to allergy requests and packaged everything with proper names and labels. Easily will go back to do this again.

Staff was rude and don’t accept their mistakes. Made excuses instead of replacing a watery bowl. The manager simply said “ we don’t add water to our bowls”. How dumb can someone be??? Small portions compared to other chipotles.
