Worst experience of my life started when I went to them to bank. The staff at the location are friendly and helpful but limited in knowledge. Example- got a debit card and wanted to make a deposit. An empty place where envelopes usually are so I went inside after three visits on different days and the staff said they would stock them and I made my deposit in person. The truth is they don’t use envelopes but the staff didn’t know that.nThen I get a new phone and have to delete their app and reinstall it but am asked for my drivers license number and whether I am friends with or close to a politician for”safety reasons”. Invasions of privacy seem more like it.nThey aren’t consistent in anything I ask them to do like setting up an email that can accept e-transfers and be deposited there. Three calls in and no luck yet.nnI have never been to a less professional or welcoming bank in my life. My advice?? RUN to any other bank and save yourself the headache.
