Hugo and Arlyn were amazing! I had some really tough jobs in my house - old pet stains in older carpets, leather furniture the cat had been using for her litter box, an antique sofa that had been stored uncovered in a shed for decades. They tackled it all with good cheer and gusto and kept at it until the job was done. My carpets and furniture look brand new. Well done you guys, thank you!!Services: Upholstery cleaning
We had just moved into a new home and the previous owners had a couple dogs which left the floors and carpet in not so great of a shape. I was also really worried about my son’s allergies acting up as he is allergic to dogs and cats. We had a really great experience with Chinook Chem-Dry! Arlyn and Hugo were very friendly, professional and very thorough with cleaning our hardwood and carpet flooring. We have been in the house now for a couple of days and my son hasn’t had an allergic reaction which just goes to show how well they cleaned our flooring. They were also transparent with their pricing with no hidden fees. I very much appreciate their honesty and leaving our home clean after they finished their job. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them as they are excellent to work with. Thank you!

We recently moved into a house where the previous owner had cats and was a serious smoker. Thanks to chem-dry, we now finally feel comfortable with our carpets. The carpets don't smell when we come home, we no longer get allergic reactions from just being in certain rooms, and they don't look gross! We really appreciate the great job and care that went into getting the carpets done!
