Just ordered a $16.00 dish of General Gau's Tofu. The food came quickly, but here's why ... my food was raw & stuck together. Seems as if it was reheated. In addition, I asked for extra hot mustard and was told that I'd be charged. He did give me 3 extra ones for free Bottom line. They're too expensive for this type of service. The 1 star was for the rapid delivery
The dinner room in this place is almost closed. I love the Chinese food and this was the first time I went to this place. The dinning room wasn't in conditions to eat in there. A lot of boxes around, bad smells and a poor service makes me leave the place. Maybe they do a lot of deliveries, but not recomended to dine inFood: 1/5
I'm currently staying in a hotel from out of town and ordered from this restaurant the following: - 2 liter of soda - Wonton Soup - Lemon Chicken. Instead of a 2 liter I received 3 cans of Coke and was informed they were out of 2 liters. Doing the quick and dirty math a 2 liter is ~67.6 fl oz. A Can of soda is 12 oz. 67/12 = 5.58. So I should have received a minimum of 5 cans for cost, technically 5.5. So 5 cans or 6. I also received no flatware with which to eat my meal. No chopsticks, no fork, no spoon, nothing. Luckily I was able to go to the lobby and get some disposable flatware, but that meant coming all the way up to my room, unpacking the food, realizing I had nothing to eat it with, and having to go back down to the lobby. Not a huge deal in itself, but when coupled with the soda issue especially since the soda is already overpriced, but again stuck in a hotel and figured I'd eat the cost to have it delivered rather than making a trip out to the store.
Food is subpar. I do like their pan fried noodles. They give us everything we order and there’s not a big problem with it, I just would rather eat somewhere else compared to here.
To be clear this gets ZERO stars for food and customer service. I ordered crab rangoon and peking raviolis. After consuming one of each I noticed a large bug floating in the duck sauce. I was instantly sick. My husband drove the food back and the guy behind the counter was rude and pretty much said oh well bugs happen, sometimes we have mice too. This response confirms for me the cleanliness of this establishment is VERY questionable.
I ordered via Doordash as a surprise for my sister's birthday. I ordered a pan fried noodles dish and she said the noodles were hard and dry and looked like a nest. I called there as well because I didn't have an option to schedule the order so I was hoping I could ask them to schedule it later. He rudely told me.."don't call here fix it yourself online" ah well live and learn won't order from there again.
If I could give it no stars I would. Don’t get the bone in spareribs. They we hard as a rock could not get the meat off. We had to spit it out. We also ordered two Miata drinks. He put in no alcohol just the mix, but we got charged for it. I hardly drink and one glass of anything I feel it. Not enough staff, food was bad, 11.50 for a Shirley temple drink. We will never go there again. By the way, this is the first Google review for me, I never post anything, but this needs to be posted. Oh also he just smiled as he was mixing the “drink”, I caught him doing it. Find another honest place with good food.
If i could rate this a 0 stars i definitely would. Went there around 7-8 am with a couple friends and ask for a table of 4…the guy in the front desk said no dine-in so i respected that I proceeded to order my food that was a pork fried rice, boneless spare ribs, and some chicken wings After i handed him my friend’s credit card that was in my pocket, he proceeded to ask me if that was my card because it didn’t have my name on it. I told him it was my friend’s card, and right after he gave me the card back, he went to the kitchen talking to the employees in their home language… After i got home, starving… The rice was just like if it was made over a week ago hard, the chicken wing had a weird taste. The boneless spare ribs was average but a little bit hard Overall my experience in this place was a 0/10. Won’t go there ever again. Do NOT reccomend
Food was horrible. I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried rice. I was not expecting the chicken to have a thick fried batter covering it. Not sure what cuisine I was eating but I'm sure it's not Chinese.
Ordered A PU PU Platter AND ALL THE FOOD WAS COMPLETELY DRY. YOU COULD NOT BITE INTO THE APPERTIZERS AT ALL. SOME OF THE FOOD WAS BURNT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. IT WAS DISCUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO THE WORST.
